Amazing price, better noodle and more meat for around 15 dollars. Honestly better price/worth than the overprice "Vietnamese" restaurant - a Viet Student.

Great authentic Chinese cuisines. This place is not your typical Chinese fast food menu. We enjoy their All In One Hot pot that can feed our family of 5 and still have left overs. Reasonable price of restaurant quality food at near take out prices.

Delicious! I got the cabbage and beef meal and the pork and cabbage dumplings and it was all amazing. Though they don't have dumpling dipping sauce. It's either soy or chilli sauce for that. This is a big university take out place but you can eat here. Lots of Asian students and more traditional Asian food than American-Chinese food. This is an order at the counter and take home or eat at the table and bus your dishes but very good food and comfort food! Lots of students coming in to get dinner and either eat there or take out. Looking forward to trying other dishes here.

Yelper Grub Adventures D. raves about this place. I could see why. The stick bean curd absorbed all the flavors that it was seasoned with: chili and sesame oil, as per my server Daniel. It is a cold appetizer that is made from dried tofu skin. Delicious! I cannot thank you enough for the recommendation, D. Now I will look for this chewy delight in any Asian restaurant that I patronize. I also ordered a trio of spring rolls. They were a crispy and tasty treat. Last time I came here, I devoured the beef sautéed noodle. It was succulent and prepared al dente. China Station is a Northern Chinese restaurant that specializes in hand pulled noodles. Black History Trivia: The first Africans in China arrived as gifts from the King of Kalinga in Java (pre-Islamic Indonesia) to the Tang emperor in 813 A.D. They were children who were treated as ornaments. Adult Africans were imported by Arab traders living in China. Some wealthy Chinese owned Black slaves and used them for hard labor or for work as doorkeepers. The Tang Dynasty's capital, Chang'an (present day Xi'an), was considered a golden age of cosmopolitan culture because foreigners redefined the Tang through dance, clothing, food, painting, religion and more. The Tang Dynasty ended in 907 A.D., leaving a legacy of racial integration. Yes, I got all this interesting info from Google, keyword: African slaves in China. Happy Lunar New Year everybody!!! It's the Year of the Tiger!!!! Let's all celebrate by eating some authentic Chinese food, lovingly prepared at the impressive China Station.
